Our returns policy is simple if you aren't happy with your purchase please return it in an unused re-sellable condition (including any packaging and manufacturers labels) to us within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund excluding any postage costs

When returning any item to us for whatever reason it is your responsibility until the goods have been delivered to us.  We can not be held responsible for lost items sent back.
Items returned outside of the 10 day period or without labels as above may be subject to a restocking fee.

If you are returning an item due to an error by us, we will cover the cost to return the item (up to first class recorded level, Please make a note on the returns form you would like the postage cost refunding) and of course there will be no cost to send out the correct item.  If there is a larger item that you need to return due to our mistake please contact us first as we might be able to get our couriers to collect the item.

You will have to arrange the return yourself and will be liable for any damage in transit on the return journey.If you are returning anything to us we can only accept it with a fully completed returns form, please email us at info@bandar-electronic.com to get returns form.

Warranty Returns

If your product develop a fault whilst still under warranty, we shall sort it for you.
Please contact us before returning warranty items as some can be sent to the manufacturer direct to speed up turnaround times
However the postage costs to return the product to us will be at your expense.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
